Print File Specifications

Print File Resolution ?

The ideal print file resolution is at least 300 dpi. This is especially important if the image file will be printed larger than the original size.

The minimum file resolution we will accept is 120dpi.

We always make sure to double check the quality of the print regardless of size and resolution. We will contact you if we find that the resolution of the file is not sufficient for the print size.

We also will let you know if your file is lower than 120 pixels/inch at final print size, as this is the lowest resolution we recommend for printing.

File Formats

Currently we accept the following file types for printing:
– Jpeg
– Jpg
– Png
– Tif

Contact us for any custom file formats not listed and we may help with conversion to the proper format to print.

Print file color settings ( RGB ) ?

For best results please make sure to convert your files color setting to RGB mode. If you are not sure how to set your files please feel free to contact us and we can help convert your files to the proper color mode.

How to name your files

We recommend that you replace spaces in the file name with underscores and avoid non letters or numbers. It is also a good idea to add the print size as part of the file name although it’s not required.
