Our Premium Wood Prints are made from the highest quality 1/2 inch A1 grade Maple. Only premium quality wood panels go into making your fine art wood prints. We prepare each wood panel with a special process to ensure consistent color transfer then we print directly on the wood surface with vibrant UV inks resulting in high-quality fine art on wood. Wood prints have a unique natural finish that reflects the patterns of the wood onto the image which then becomes a pivotal creative element to the final product itself.

Printing Process

The visible wood grain in our Direct Print On Wood gives your photo a very special look. Images with a lot of bright space will experience this effect more intensely. This is because we use a modern printing process that leaves out the white inks. This way, the wood grain remains clearly visible in the bright parts of your picture.

Maple Wood Prints are printed directly on to 1/2″ thick maple surfaced wood board, for a warm and natural-looking print that is also eco-friendly.

The grain and other characteristics of the wood shows through the light and white areas of the image for a natural warm tone and vintage feel. We can also print a white ink underlay on the wood to make the true colors of your image pop. Both of these options allow the beautiful wood texture to show on the surface of your print. Each wood print is unique and no two prints will look precisely alike.
